Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Paul Edwards Golf, we are committed to excellence in both craftsmanship and service. If your purchase does not meet your expectations or the fit isn't perfect, we are here to help.
1. The Essentials
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Hygiene Note: For hygiene reasons, socks and headwear cannot be returned if the original packaging or hygiene seals have been removed (unless faulty).
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Select the items you wish to return and tell us why (we love feedback!).
Choose your preferred method: Refund or Exchange (subject to stock availability).
3. Shipping Your Return
Standard Returns: For UK orders, we offer a flat-rate return shipping fee of £3.50, which will be deducted from your final refund.
Exchanges: Good news! We offer free shipping on all exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit.
Faulty Items: If your gear arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at support@pauledwardsgolf.co.uk immediately. We will provide a free pre-paid label and a full refund or replacement.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3–5 working days), we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that it can take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
5. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which allow you to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund including standard delivery costs.
